On the afternoon of June 24, Xinyangfeng (000902) held a signing ceremony for a fine phosphorus chemical industry chain project with the Zhongxiang Municipal Government. The total investment for this project is approximately 3.2 billion yuan.

The project is located in the Huaji Chemical Industry Park in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province. The main construction content includes the upgrading and renovation of fine chemicals in the park, a 100,000 tons/year lithium iron phosphate production line, and various supporting facilities. This project will synergize with the company's existing phosphorus chemical capacity. Upon completion, it will create a green circular economy full industrial chain of "mining and beneficiation—compound phosphate fertilizers—fine chemicals—new energy materials—solid waste resource utilization."

Relying on the advantages of its own phosphate mine resources, this strategic layout will, on one hand, promote the transformation and upgrading of the company's traditional phosphorus chemical business and extend into the high value-added fine chemical sector. On the other hand, it will implement new energy capacity for lithium iron phosphate, enter the upstream material track of lithium batteries, and achieve low-carbon green production through the comprehensive utilization of solid waste, further strengthening the company's integrated cost advantages and core industry competitiveness.
