合作社业务范围：中药材种植、初加工、销售，为本社成员提供种植科技咨询服务。 合作社占地7亩，投资200余万元，建设了3300平方米中药材晾晒场、600平方米中药材仓库、470平方米中药材初加工车间、110平方米烘干车间、120平方米培训中心及展厅和300平方米办公用房，安装了烘干设备。合作社还建设了200亩中药材良种示范基地，将初加工后的产品直接销售给国内大中型药业生产企业，销售量在500吨以上。尤其可喜的是合作社通过安徽万珍饮片厂将中药材初加工产品出口到东亚和东南亚，创造了外汇收入。
